Great Stories are Waiting to be Told…
Dorothy came to Lebanon Country Manor in June. At that time, she was totally dependent on staff for care, and her family thought she would remain in the facility for the rest of her life. Doctors agreed that her level of functioning would never improve.
After her initial admission, she was hospitalized several times. After her last hospitalization she was able to meet all of her therapy and healthcare goals. Thanks to the expert care she received at Lebanon Country Manor, as well as her perseverance, Dorothy was able to return home nine months later, where she remains to this day.
